Did you miss me??

Hi friends and family,

Well it's been almost 3 months since I did a posting on here and I've almost forgotten how! We returned home on Thursday last week from a wonderful holiday in NZ where we had Christmas, convention, and some really great catch-ups with our friends and family. Plus, we got to know our little niece, Tori, who is an absolute doll! We also acquired a camera while we were away so.....I have around 800 pictures to sort through! But that means I have plenty of blog material! So, stay tuned!

New Meeting picture

Well, we are getting sparse around here...this picture was taken on Wendy and Tyron's last Sunday and we are losing another family at the end of this month! So...such is life. We will miss them!

Major yard work

While Mum was here I dragged her out into the yard to help me clean up our "gardens". I wish I had taken a before picture. The grass was about 3 feet tall and let me tell you, it was hard work getting it out! It took us two days and as you can tell by the huge pile, we are still putting a little bit in the rubbish bin each week. It's almost gone...I'll have to take another picture because I have planted some flowers and made a little picnic area under the tree. Thanks for all your help, Mum!!!

Trains, trains, and more trains

Did I mention Rhys got trains for his birthday? Well...here is the proof! When Mum was here we must have set the train tracks up everyday in a different configuration. As you can tell by the first picture, the adults had as much or more fun than Rhys!
