Cairns Update

Well, it's been almost 2 months since I updated this blog!! Sorry for the long absence!!! We are all settled in Cairns now and are feeling quite at home in this lovely city! Our move went fairly smoothly and we were able to find a house within about a week. We were looking for a house near the beach and north of the airport and we found one!! We are about 10 minutes from the beach and its great beach weather at the moment if anyone wants to visit!!! Eldon has settled into his new roster here...he is away Mon/Tues/Wed most weeks but usually has weekends off and sometimes Thurs/Fri. There is a lovely meeting here and we have made friends with another young family with kids...Rhys loves playing with them! We have him all signed up for kindy (pre-school) due to start in January. He is excited, but not as excited as I am! :) My business is sort of floundering right now with the new area etc but I am hoping to get it off the ground soon. I've attached some pictures so you can see where we are!
