Major yard work

While Mum was here I dragged her out into the yard to help me clean up our "gardens". I wish I had taken a before picture. The grass was about 3 feet tall and let me tell you, it was hard work getting it out! It took us two days and as you can tell by the huge pile, we are still putting a little bit in the rubbish bin each week. It's almost gone...I'll have to take another picture because I have planted some flowers and made a little picnic area under the tree. Thanks for all your help, Mum!!!

This is Rhys getting caught playing with the broken lightbulb.....
...and this is Rhys yelling at Mommy because he "WANTS IT!!!" Love the face!

Trains, trains, and more trains

Did I mention Rhys got trains for his birthday? Well...here is the proof! When Mum was here we must have set the train tracks up everyday in a different configuration. As you can tell by the first picture, the adults had as much or more fun than Rhys!

Rhys's Second 3rd Birthday...

We had our meeting over the Sunday after Rhys's birthday and I made another cake (this one was much less time consuming!!) and found a cute No. 3 sparkler for the candle. Rhys wasn't so sure about the sparkler...he was kind of afraid of it!

Sunday pictures

These pictures are pretty self-explanatory....first we tried to get all three of us, which Rhys wasn't very impressed about...so we settled for just Eldon and I :)

Catching up!!!

Well I have a fair bit of catching up to do! Life has been going along quite busily for a while now. I can't believe it's August already! Convention is just around the corner for us. Here are some random pictures of Rhys (mostly) from the past few weeks.
