Mango Madness!
Oh, if we could only send mangos to all our family for Christmas! :) We've had a bounty this year and still have some coming from friends and neighbours. Love mangos!!!!

Oh Sarah, I too wish you could send some our way!! Mangos are just my very favorite food. Have you ever made green mango salsa? It is wonderful! Just use all the other ingredients as well, serano peppers, onions, avacado. I serve mine with coconut/lime grilled chicken! Yummy
