We stopped at a fun-looking park on the way home and all of us "kids" had a great time!

Christmas Eve at Mission Bay

This is how we spent out Christmas Eve...fish and chips at Mission Bay! We had such beautiful weather! Rhys loved playing in the sand and in the water....this mother has learned never to go without a change of clothes when there is water involved!

Bee Swarm at Scenic Drive

It sure was interesting to watch how these bees swarmed together in Mum and Dad's tree! The swarm was about the size of a large rugby ball. The beekeeper who came reckoned they were only resting and would probably move off eventually, but we got him to take them away anyway.

He basically just shook the swarm into the box hoping to get the queen in there and then the other bees will follow her
