New Arrival!!

So, at last...HE has arrived!

We have a new baby boy, Rhys David Patterson. He was born on 19th July 2008 at 1:30pm. 9 lbs 2 ounces and 50 cm....kind of a big boy!!! Labour and delivery went really smoothly and Mum and Dad and bub are all doing very well.

We are still in hospital for a few days but will post very cute pics very soon.

Thanks for all your comments and well wishes!

Congratulations! Glad your folks are there, too! Nothing like having mom there to help when you get home!!

We are so happy for you -- Enjoy!

We saw your g'pa & g'ma yesterday at the funeral and they were really excited!

Come on - post the pics!! Hopefully we dont have to wait another 9 months before the photos are posted!

Good to talk on Saturday - dont forget to take him on a Bungle Bungle flight before your finish at Aligator. Maybe even take him to meet the local tribe for initiation.

We like the name too. Rhys is a very lucky boy - he has been born an Australian and that will bode him well for life! I hope you stay in Australia long enough for him to develope his accent. Do you get Fush and Chups in K?

Seeya.
